Each employee in your organization is an active contributor to the results. It is important for all your employees to have a solid background so they contribute value. We will assist you in rolling out Lean to all employees in your organization.

In addition to the training sessions, companies often opt to immediately continue with specific improvement projects to stay the course. Issues are defined and measurable goals are set. Teams are formed and chartered.

We will coach your teams in the projects’ definitions and start-ups and we will facilitate their moving forward.

·        As Need Arises:

We will assist you with specific projects when the need arises.  

There are times when an outside, impartial eye and thought process are necessary to get a new project started well or to get a stalled project going and back on track.

We invite you to discuss a project at any time with us and we will periodically check with you to see how your Lean implementation is progressing.

GATC’s multi-employer seminars and workshops cover a variety of topics and are a combination of theory and practical application. They include lively simulations specifically designed for the graphic arts industry and examples are real-world situations.

Seminars and workshops are conducted in partnership with Printing Industries of the Midlands (PIM), Printing Industry of Illinois/Indiana Association, Iowa Community Colleges and other industry organizations.
